She really listened to my concerns and what I wanted to address in my dog's behaviour and came up with an action plan. I decided to do the board and training program and this was well worth it. My dog is more focussed, calm, listens to commands better and is overall easier to manage. I also appreciate how flexible Sam was in dealing with my dog's heat cycle while she was in training.
